Real Estate Book Publishers - White Label Service

White label publishing service for The Real Estate Book. We work as a third party on the publishers behalf, therefore our services are unbranded allowing publisher rebranding. We have worked with The Real Estate Book for several years and have extensive experience in all aspects of print design and designs that fit NCIs print guidelines.

The prices below are for magazine publishers only and are rough estimates based upon the average rate of standard jobs performed in the past. Prices are subject to change based upon amount of revisions and time involved on a project.

1 Al-a-carte Ad Designs

All rights to the artwork, even on completely custom designs - We understand that in many circumstances it may be more feasible to have your production artist make revisions to our artwork; therefore we include layered versions of the Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark files used in the creation of your artwork. This has the added benefit of saving you money as you can edit the files as needed, so long as you have the software to do so. We can also make edits to artwork if needed. (Licenses are intended for use by one ID. We also offer multiple use licences for outsourced designers)

Fee: $60 per page

Includes 3 revisions/proofs. We create a custom ad design for your client and send all files including layered files to you and your production staff. All rights to artwork are released to publisher.
2 E-mail marketing
Deadline reminders have the highest open rate of all emails sent to advertisers and are a great place to showcase your products and services or specials. We have spent hundreds of hours researching e-marketing best practices and can help you gain the highest open rate possible and be non-spammy at the same time.

Deadline reminders setup fee: $99.00 - Includes consultation and setup of one email campaign.

Ongoing fee: $35 - includes testing and mailing to the list of your choice to up to 250 contacts. Additional contacts are $1 per 50 contacts per month.
3 Logo Design

Logo's are the core of a brand and we realize the importance of a professionally designed, hi-quality logo. We provide all logos in a high quality Vector (illustrator) format and/or web (JPG) format depending on your client's needs. Includes 2 revisions/proofs.

4 Poster Designs

Real Estate agent posters can serve many purposes, but mainly serve as a billboard to assist in an agents branding. Click to see a realtor poster example.

Includes 2 revisions. Due to the large file size, poster revisions are billed at an hourly rate of $65 per hour. At this time we are unable to print posters, but will provide you a print ready file that you can deliver to a printer of your choice.

5 Sponsored Rack Designs (Adopt-a-Rack)

  • Get new distribution points
    A rack can be worth its weight in gold when you allow an agent to sponsor a rack in a location that may have been previously out of reach to you. It's all about who you know and your clients may have established relationships with several successful business owners in your area that would allow you access based upon their relationship. A free sponsored rack for these clients can pay off for years to come!
  • Show that you go the extra mile for your clients
    Allowing your clients to market themselves not only in your book, but in the places they frequent, constantly reminds them why you are number one!
  • Dress up your wire racks with great looking backboards
    Whether you are allowing an agent to sponsor a rack or you would just like to dress up your racks with a local flare (or maybe a use that we haven't even though of yet). We can make your vision a reality!

Finished backboards are the same size as your current generic backboards supplied by NCI; however they are much thicker and have a glossy finish. We can also make backboards at different heights based upon your needs.

$30 per design @ print yourself - We can also print and ship your rack backs to you. Printing is $20 per rack and shipping is charged at cost or billed to your fed-ex account. Includes 2 revisions/proofs.
